• The price match is against a company registered in the UK.
• That the product is in stock.
• That delivery times and payment terms are the same.
• That the price match request is submitted and agreed by us prior to ordering.
• That the price match request is not against an auction site, including 'buy now' sales on an auction site.
• That the price match does not include a "special offer discount" and is not against an end of line reduction or used product.
• We will not match a competitors' prices that result from a price match.
