Radar Express Delivery

Please Note: Delivery to any address other than the registered Card-Holder's Billing Address is at the discretion of Radar Express. RadarExpress may also conduct security checks to confirm the validity of the details supplied.

We do however wish to fulfil each and every order. If there is an issue with delivering your order to a requested address, RadarExpress will attempt to contact you to arrange alternative delivery arrangements.

Delivery within the UK

If you place your order online before 3.30pm (Mon-Fri) and you have chosen the 'Next Working Day' delivery option, we are normally able to fulfil and despatch stock items the same day. Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS and will normally arrive between 9am - 6pm (dependent upon the service selected) on the first working day after despatch.

FREE of charge to all orders delivered on mainland UK.

Saturday delivery

In certain cases we are able to organise a Saturday delivery, please phone 01555 666 444 for more details and prices.

Delivery outside the UK

All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Registered delivery, an insured Airmail service.

Within EU - £6.00 (Delivery times within Europe are normally between 5 - 7 days.)

Outside EU - £12.00

Shipping of pending orders - Pre-Ordered products

Backorders - For regularly stocked items that are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and we will ship the item as soon as it is in stock. We will not bill you until your item is shipped.

'Pre-Orders' - When pre-ordered items come into stock at RadarExpress, you will be notified via email that its about to be shipped. We will not bill you until your item is shipped.

If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.
