Terms and Conditions

Payment & Security

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch, Solo & Delta). Cheques are also acceptable and should be made payable to Radar Express. When you place a credit card order online, all the information you input is encrypted and passed to our secure server. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information and are registered under the Data Protection Act.Please view our buying online details.

Pricing

All prices quoted include Vat. Customers located outside the EC can purchase goods with Value Added Tax (@ 17.5%). Please email sales@radarexpress.com for a tax free quotation.

Delivery

Orders to addresses within the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - for a next working day delivery. Please read our delilvery details

Overseas orders

Orders to addresses outside the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail International Registered Delivery - an insured postal service. Delivery via TNT or DHL can also be arranged. For delivery costs to specific countries please email sales@radarexpress.com

Warranty & Guarantees

All products sold carry a one year manufacturers parts & labour guarantee unless otherwise stated. If your purchase proves to be faulty, contact us by telephone, fax or email and we can make arrangements for your product to be tested and replaced.

Returns

When returning product, for whatever reason, please contact us by telephone (01555 666 444 ) or email us to inform us that you wish to return the product.

We will assign you a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authourisation) number, which should be included with the product to be returned in order to help us process your returned product quickly. Please use a secure delivery method which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

Marketing Communications

If you have ordered anything from RadarExpress online or over the phone, we will use these details to contact you about future offers or new releases at RadarExpress or our sister company, Networx Automotive.

If you are not an existing RadarExpress customer and wish to be kept informed about the latest offers and product releases, you may send us your email address simply by filling in the 'Keep in touch' form.

You may at any time request to be removed from our mailing list. please email us on unsubscribe@radarexpress.com, stating your request.
